Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Administrator to join our team. As a Website Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company’s websites to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our websites are up-to-date, secure, and aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing.
  • Regularly update website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
  • Monitor website performance and address any issues or errors to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Implement and maintain website security measures, including regular backups, software updates, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) and improve organic search rankings.
  • Analyze website analytics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and track website performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website administration.
  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, including troubleshooting website issues and assisting with content management system (CMS) usage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Website Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
